Frequently asked questions
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 PM (the check-in window ends at midnight). Check-out is 11:00 AM. All times are Arizona time (MST, no daylight saving).
How many guests can stay?
Up to 8 guests. The home has 4 bedrooms with 1 King and 3 Queen beds, plus a Queen air mattress.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Because the pool is not fenced, bookings that include children under 12 need our approval first. Please mention ages when you book or send an inquiry.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed on vacation stays. For insurance and temporary housing stays, pets are considered case by case with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee.
Where do we park?
Garage, 3 driveway spots and curbside parking (up to 5 vehicles total).
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the private pool is heated all year, and the private hot tub/therapy spa is heated too.
Is there Wi-Fi and a place to work?
Yes: fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes: 10% off weekly stays (7+ nights) and 15% off monthly stays (28+ nights).
House rules
- Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM (Arizona time (MST, no daylight saving)).
- Quiet hours after 9:00 PM.
- No pets on vacation stays (insurance and temporary housing stays: by prior approval only).
- No smoking.
- No parties or events.
- Children under 12 require booking pre-approval (the pool is not fenced).
- Thermostat: please keep it at 72°F or above. It is monitored remotely, and a $25/day fee applies if it is set lower.
- Maximum 8 guests.
Pool & spa safety
- There is no lifeguard on duty.
- Adults must supervise children at all times.
- No glass in or around the pool or spa.
- No diving.
- The pool is not fenced.
